In this video, you can learn how to disable printing in a PDF document. First, open Windows Explorer and locate the PDF file you want to protect. Right-click on the PDF file and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, go to the printing and viewing tab and make sure to deselect the allowed printing checkbox. Click "Publish" and confirm the protection status window. The protected document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing will be disabled, and the print icon will be greyed out in the viewer. ctrl p and other keyboard shortcuts will not work.

How do I Print a PDF clearly?
