This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. To protect a document, open Windows Explorer, right-click on the PDF, and choose "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. Ensure that the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected in the Printing and Viewing tab. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the LockLizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as indicated by the greyed-out print icon in the Secure Viewer.
