Print out the PDF file you wish to send. Put the document in the feeder tray of your fax machine. Dial the receivers fax number and hit Send. Wait for the recipient to confirm receipt.
Access Your Document: Navigate to Google Drive and locate the document you wish to fax. Select Fax. Plus: Right-click on the file, then hover over Open With and choose Fax.
The Google fax feature is available for all Fax.Plus users and enables you to send a fax directly from your Gmail account. You can also receive faxed documents as email attachments in your Gmail account.
To send a fax from Outlook: Sign up on Fax. Plus with your Outlook account. On Outlook, click on Compose to create a new email message. Enter the recipients fax number followed by @fax. Attach your fax documents as email attachments. Send the email and it will be faxed to the specified fax number(s).
Click on the Compose or New Email button. Instead of the email address, enter your recipients fax number. Type your message in the email body. Click the Attach button and select the PDF file you want to fax.
If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can use the built-in fax feature in Microsoft office to send faxes. However, you will need to have a fax modem or an online fax service to send the fax. Please note that Microsoft does not provide a fax service.
To fax a PDF online via email, you need to: Open Gmail, Outlook, or whatever email service you are using. In the To field, enter send@ifaxapp.com, then your recipients fax number in the subject field. Add a cover page comment or any disclaimer in the email body. Hit the send button to send the email.
To fax a PDF using your mobile phone, youll need to first download the eFax app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. The eFax mobile app is free with your eFax subscription. Once youve downloaded the app, log in to your eFax account. Within the app, create a new fax.
