Printing PDF in black and white Open the PDF document; Go to File Print ( or press Ctrl + P on your keyboard); You will see the print dialog box. Click the Properties ( Find Color Options section and select Print in grayscale. Click OK and/or Print in further dialog windows.
Select Accessibility in the Categories section. Check the box next to Replace Document Colors. Select a darker color combination from the drop-down menu next to High Contrast Color Combinations or go to Custom Color and pick a darker color for the Page Background and Document Text. You can magnify or reduce a PDF by an exact percentage. Choose File Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Tile All Pages to expose the Tile Scale % option. For Tile Scale, type the percentage you want to magnify or reduce the PDF. Click OK or Print.
