this is Darius from the rabbit pad calm and in this video Im going to show you how to create and print mailing labels or any type of label in Google Docs now this is not a feature that is native to Google Docs what youre going to do is youre going to an add-in which is basically a plugin that will allow you to create labels in the same way that you would be able to do in Microsoft Word so the first thing that you need to do is you need to open up a new document and you need to click on add-ons which is in the main menu at the top of the screen click get add-ons and you need to search for Avery which if you dont know is pretty much the leading manufacturer of label products but even if you get a generic brand like Office Depot brand labels or staples brand labels or whatever is available in your area they follow the size conventions of the Avery products which will allow you to use this plug-in even if your labels are not made by Avery so in order to this plugin click the plus but

A common cause of faded, faint printouts from your inkjet printer is dried ink particles causing a blockage in your printer. The printheads on an ink cartridge can be become blocked if the printer is not used for a period of time, so it is recommended to print a few pages each month to maintain the print quality.
Adjust the number next to the print method you are using thermal direct or thermal transfer (with a ribbon). By doing so, you are adjusting the print temperature. Increasing the temperature will make print darker and decreasing it will make the print lighter.
If your printouts are faint or have gaps, try these solutions: Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary. The ink cartridges may be old or low on ink, and you may need to replace them.
You can solve this issue easily by increasing the print speed. If the pages appear faded, you can increase ink saturation by decreasing the print speed or increasing the quality setting. Usually, these settings can be found in the Advanced Properties menu.
Do label makers run out of ink? Generally no. Label makers are thermal printers, meaning they transfer heat from a thermal print head onto specially treated labels made from heat-sensitive paper. This means no refilling ink cartridges and no messy spills.
The issue may be caused by the tape cassette or batteries. A non-genuine Brother tape cassette may not print properly or there may be damage to the tape cassette. Weak batteries can cause the label printer to print faint.
Here are the most common causes of a printer printing faded text or images: Low ink or toner levels. Toner sticking to the fuser roller or problems with the transfer roller. Low ink or toner density settings. Low or high humidity.
