Open PowerPoint and go to the slide where you want to insert the PDF as a picture. Select Insert Screenshot. Now all of your available windows are presented, including the open PDF file. Select the page you would like to insert from your PDF file into the PowerPoint slide as an image.

Select the PDF file and drag it onto the open slide of your PowerPoint presentation. This will display the first page of the PDF file as an image in your PowerPoint presentation. Need to edit the image? No problem, just click on the image and select the Picture Format tab that appears.
Click the tab with the page icon on the left top of the Sidebar. This opens the Page Manager. Scroll to the page you would like to copy from this PDF document. Now, click the button with the page icon at the top of the Page Manager. Now, open the PDF document where you wish to paste the copied page.
