hello everyone so in this video im going to show you how we can extract one page or several pages of a pdf file in mac os and save it as a new one okay so for example i have a sample pdf here with three pages and the first thing you need to do is go to the view and then you can choose the thumbnails or you can just right here and click thumb thumbnails and then you see the left theres a sidebar that shows you uh which page you are at for example right now you want to extract and save a new pdf with the second page so what i can do is to click on it and then command c which means uh copying it okay um you cannot actually you cannot do it by right click but you have to do it like command c the next thing you you can do is go to the file and then click new from clipboard okay or the shortcut keyboard a control command and n okay so command and end okay here i have it just one this is one page which you paid two right here so then you can just save file and file and save or save as norma

1 min Open the Organize Pages tool. Click the Select a File button. Open a PDF you want to extract pages from. Select Extract in the top menu. Highlight pages that you want to extract. Click Extract to extract the selected pages. Save your new PDF.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDFs you want to combine. In each open PDF, choose View Thumbnails to display the page thumbnails in the sidebar. Drag the thumbnails you want to add to the thumbnail sidebar in the other PDF.
Press Control (on Windows) or Command (on Mac) and click on the pages you want to extract. Right-click on the selected pages. Choose Extract Pages In the new dialog box, check Extract Pages As Separate Files if you want each page as a separate PDF.
Insert PDF Pages in Existing PDF File Click on Document on the docHub menu. Click on Insert Pages from the drop down menu. The Select File to Insert window appears. Select the PDF file you want to insert. Click on the Select button. The Insert Pages window appears.

Add a page to a PDF: Select the page you want to appear before the new page, choose Edit Insert, then choose Page from File or Blank Page. The new page is inserted after the current page.
How to edit text in a PDF on a Mac. Select Tools. Select Annotate. Tap the text icon. Place your cursor on the PDF where you want to add new text. Type the text. Use the text icon to change the font, size, and style of the text.
Click the Add Header Footer button on the toolbar to review the Create option. Click Create and a window named Create Header Footer Template will pop up. In the new window, you can choose the format as Insert Page Number, and set the layout and content.
