Follow the steps below to flatten a completed PDF fillable form: Open fillable form. Add appropriate data. Right click on document and select Print. Select the PDF printer. ( Select OK. Specify location to save the printed, flattened version of the form. Select Save. File the flattened form in CM/ECF.
In the Tools menu, select the Extract Fillable Fields option. will automatically analyze the document and extract all the fillable fields. This may take a few seconds depending on the complexity of the document. Once the extraction is complete, you will see a list of all the extracted fillable fields.
Completing fillable forms On the Reader menu, go to File Save As. Choose either the PDF (recommended) or Text format. You should then be prompted to choose a location to save the file. Select the location on your own computer or network and click Save.
Chrome users: dont use Chrome PDF Viewer For Chrome browser users: DO NOT use the Chrome PDF viewer program to fill in the PDF form. docHub Reader is the only program that will allow you to work with the form properly. If you do not already have docHub Reader, please use the link above to it to your machine.
