Open any text box or app that you can type in, like Docs or Gmail. Tap into the text box. The handwriting pad should appear. If you dont see Handwrite: At the top of the virtual keyboard, tap the Right arrow , then Handwrite .
The process is straightforward: Select text, copy and paste. For 20 sections of text, you select-copy-paste 20 separate times. With the ability to select non-contiguous text in Google Docs, you select sections of text 20 times, then copy and paste once. The change is subtle, yet docHub.
On your Android phone or tablet, open a document in the Google Docs app. Tap Edit . Double-tap the place in your document you want to edit. Move the blue markers to select more text. Tap Format. tap Text. In the menu, tap Style, Font, Size, Text color, or Highlight color to format your font.
Select the text that you want to highlight. Go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select the color that you want.

To highlight a section of text in Word: Select your text. You can do this by simply dragging through it with your cursor. Go to the Home tab. Click the arrow next to the Text Highlight Color button. Choose the color you want to use from the drop-down menu.

Mobile Devices (iOS or Android) Tap anywhere on the text that you need to highlight. Tap on the A next to the plus sign. Choose Text from the menu that pops up and select Highlight Color. Select a color of your choice from the options and the text will be highlighted!
Highlight your document with PDF software. Open your PDF in Acrobat. Click and drag the cursor to select the area of text you want to highlight. A small toolbox will appear above your text. Select the highlighter tool icon and it will automatically highlight your selected text.
Select the text you want to move to another place in the document. Click and drag the text to the location where you want it to appear. The cursor will have an insertion point under it to indicate youre moving text. Release the mouse button, and the text will move to the new location.
