when you open the Outlook calendar the default working days of week or Monday to Friday and working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. click on calendar icon you can see the workdays has Monday to Friday and working time as 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the time before 8:00 and after 5:00 p.m. is shown in a different shade if your work week is from Monday to Saturday and working hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. you can change the defaults click on file click on options click on calendar you can change the work our starting time as 7 a.m. and for work week check the box for Saturday click OK to save the changes you need to refresh the calendar to see the changes click on email icon and click on calendar again now you can see the work week is from Monday to Saturday and work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. if you like this video please subscribe to our Channel
