On March 21, 2022, the SEC issued proposed rule, The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. The comment period closed on June 17.

Anyone who submitted a comment on the climate-related disclosures, or one of the other affected rules, is encouraged to ensure that their comments are posted on the SECs public website. The new comment period will remain open for 14 days after the SEC republishes the rules in the Federal Register.
