This video tutorial demonstrates how to save a document to Google Drive instead of printing it. Using Noteflight as an example, create your document then click on the file button and select Print. Make sure it says 'Save as PDF', if not, click on change and select 'Save as PDF'. Save the document as a PDF to preserve its format. Once saved, you can no longer edit it. Finally, save the PDF in Google Drive.

You can hear full pages read aloud with Chromebooks built-in screen reader or hear parts of a page, including specific words, read aloud with Select-to-speak. To have pages read aloud to you, turn on your Chromebooks built-in screen reader: 1. At the bottom right, select the time.
Use your Chromebook to type on any PDF. Select the Edit PDF tool. Upload your document by selecting the blue button labeled Select a file. Depending on your browser, you may also be able to simply drag and drop your file to the editor. Once the file has uploaded, use the Add Text Comment tool to type in your text.
The Google Chrome browser comes with built-in PDF viewer functionality that enables you to open and access PDFs easily. You can amplify your ability to work with PDFs by using the docHub extension for Google Chrome.
Where is PDF from File in Acrobat? Launch Acrobat and go to the File menu. Choose Create PDF from File. Select your file. To find it, make sure your file type is selected in the dropdown menu. Start the conversion by clicking Open. Use File Save or select File Save As to save your file.

On a Chromebook, the default application to read PDFs is View. You can also choose to open the PDF with other Google-based apps in your Google Drive. Although youll be able to read PDFs with these apps, they might not give you all the features like editing, signing, and annotating.
PDF Viewer for Chrome is a free and very useful tool that allows you to view and edit files directly in your browser. To see the file with this Reader simply hit the icon installed in the browsers toolbar or just click the Chromes context menu and select Open with PDF Viewer.
