Using the Visual Studio report designer, you can add a place for the signature by dropping the XR PDF signature control onto the design surface. The control displays placeholder values for the certificate name, distinguished name, reason for signing, signature location, and date. Once a signature is added, the placeholder values are replaced with actual values. You can also hide any of these fields by accessing the control's smart tag and unchecking the desired field or the show captions property.

Use a temporary location (like your desktop). Open the PDF file in docHub Reader, draw a box around your signature, right-click in the box, and select Copy Image. Open Microsoft Word and paste the signature into a blank document.
