To access Google Docs, click on the launcher button in the bottom left corner of your screen. From there, click on "all apps" and then select the Google Docs icon, which looks like a piece of blue paper with lines on it. Once in Google Docs, you can create a document, name it, save it, close it, and eventually share it.

Go to File Print. In the Destination Section, click the Change Button. A Select a destination pop-up will appear. Click Save as PDF under the Local Destinations Section.
Find open a file Open Files . On the left, choose where your file is saved. For files youve just used, select Recent. For a list of recent files by type, use the button to select that file type. For Android app files, select My files Play files. Find your file and double-click it to open.
Select all: Press Ctrl + A. Select content in address bar: Press Ctrl + L or Alt + D. Copy highlighted text: Press Ctrl + C. Cut highlighted text: Press Ctrl + X.
How to select multiple files Click on one of the files or folders you want to select. Hold down the control key (Ctrl). Click on the other files or folders that you want to select while holding the control key. Continue to hold down the control key until you select all the files you want.
To save the page, image or document that youre viewing: Press Ctrl + s. At the bottom, enter a name for your file. Optional: To the left of the file name, change the file type. In the left column, choose where youd like to save your file, such as Google Drive. My Drive. Select Save.
In the corner of your screen, select the Launcher . Open Files . Select the file or folder name. Press Ctrl + Enter.
To select all files, use the shortcut Ctrl + A. To select a sequence of files, hold the Shift button, click the first file, and then the last file to select everything else in between those two clicks. To select a random multiple set of files, hold the Ctrl button and click on the various files you wish to move.
