Contact us
In the People (or Contacts) view, select the Address Book (contact group) you want to copy members or Contact Groups from, highlight the group (or members) and copy it using Ctrl + C .
Open Outlook. Click Contacts on the left-hand menu. In the Current View window, click the List option. Select the contacts you want to copy. Copy the selected contacts (CTRL+C). Paste the contacts into an Excel spreadsheet (CTRL+V). Save the file as XLS or CSV format.
Import contacts to Outlook for Windows On the side panel, select . From the ribbon, select Manage contacts Import contacts. Select Browse, choose your CSV file, and select Open. Select Import.
Open the Numbers app on your Mac, then open a new or existing spreadsheet. Drag the selected contacts into the Numbers spreadsheet. Choose File Export To, then select an option. The contacts can be exported as an Excel, CSV, TSV, or Numbers 09 file.

Export contacts Go to Google Contacts. Select one of the following: A single contact: Tick the box next to the contact name. Multiple contacts: Tick the boxes next to all of the contacts that you want to export.
How To Save All Distribution List Members In CSV File Open Outlook and start a new email. Click the To button and select the distribution list you need to save in CSV. Click the plus + sign to expand the members. Select all members of the distribution list and copy them.
