Export and Import Contacts in Outlook for MacOS Open Outlook. Click File Export (Figure 1). Figure 1: Uncheck all items except for Contacts and click Continue (Figure 2). Figure 2: Create a name for the file and choose the location where the file will be saved.
Open the Numbers app on your Mac, then open a new or existing spreadsheet. Drag the selected contacts into the Numbers spreadsheet. Choose File Export To, then select an option. The contacts can be exported as an Excel, CSV, TSV, or Numbers 09 file.
Export contacts Go to Google Contacts. Select one of the following: A single contact: Check the box next to the contact name. At the top right, click More actions. Export. To back up your contacts, select Google CSV. To save your file, click Export.
Export contacts on iPhone Open the Contacts app on your iPhone. Tap Lists in the top-left. Touch and hold an existing list (or create a new list by tapping Add List). Tap Export, select the fields you want to include, then tap Done. Choose a method to send or save the exported contact cards, such as Messages or Mail.
Press the Contacts icon to access all iCloud features and address book for the uploaded contacts. Click on the Settings [Cog wheel icon] from the address book. Click Select All Export vCard, and you will get a vCard to store on your computer by iCloud. You will be able to keep all the uploaded contacts.
On both iPhones, go to Settings Tap on your Apple ID Click iCloud Select Contacts. Tap on it to turn it on Select Merge when it asks if you want to merge contacts. Wait for the contacts on the old iPhone syncing to the new iPhone.
To export Safari History Click History beneath the Safari icon, then click an item to select it, or click multiple items to select them, then click Export to CSV or Export to HTML. 💡 Tip: Use the CTRL/Command, or SHIFT keys to select multiple items.
All youll need to do is sync your contacts to iCloud. It should be noted that you cant print them directly from an iPhone that is, unless you want to copy and paste each contact directly into a word processor like the Notes app, or Google Docs.
