hey everyone in todays video im gonna show you how to export your powerpoint presentation into a pdf file okay so the first method to export your presentation into a pdf file is go into file scroll down until you see export and then select create pdf once youre here you can name the file and you can also choose where to save it once you have selected where to save it you can choose if you want the document to be optimized in standard size or in a minimum size also clicking on options you can select from all of these options if you want to export all the document so all the presentation the current slide or a selection of slides of course you can also select a range of slides for example from the first one to the 50th one you can also publish slides handouts note pages and outline view from the options [Music] im just gonna let slides furthermore you can select frame slides include hiding slides comments and ink you can also include non-printing information and other pdf options onc

Save the entire webpage Select the Print option from the dropdown menu. You may also use the shortcut keys Ctrl+P on your Windows system or Command+P on your Mac to open the Print pop-up. Look at the dropdown next to Destination, select Save as PDF and click on Save.
Go to Google Slides and open the presentation you want to save as a PDF file. Click the File tab on the top-left corner of your screen. Hover over the Download option and choose PDF Document (.

Once your presentation is open in Google Slides, click on the File menu at the top left corner of the screen. From the File menu, select Download and then choose PDF Document from the sub-menu. Simply follow these five steps: Start the Create PDF tool in the Tools view. Select Web Page as the conversion type. Paste in the web page URL or select browse to manually locate an HTML file. Set your conversion preferences. Select Create to save your PDF.
Steps to turn a PDF into a web page. Open the file you want to convert in your PDF editor. Select the Create Edit button on the right-side toolbar. Click Export PDF at the top of the window. Choose HTML Web Page and select your options. Click Export and choose the folder where you want to save your new page.
Step 2: Change the Chrome PDF document settings. Go to Settings Privacy and security Site settings Additional content settings. Click PDF document and select Download PDFs. Then, PDF files wont open in Chrome. They will be downloaded to your PC directly instead.
How to convert Chrome to PDF. Browse to the desired web page. Click the More Options button three vertical dots on the far-left of the browsers top ribbon. Click on the Print option. Change Destination to Save As PDF. Navigate to the location you would like to save your new PDF document and click Save.
