hey everyone welcome to being classy my name is Jessica and in this video I want to show you how to export or change your photo on a MacBook to a PDF file Im going to start from my photos application on my Mac if you have a picture save somewhere else you can skip this first step and go straight to the Second Step okay so here I am Im opening up my photos and I have this image that I would like to export as a PDF file so the first step I need to do again if you have the image saved in your finder or in a desktop folder or documents folder you can skip this first step but first within photos I need to export this photo so Im going to select file at the top and then select export and then export one photo I now will be exporting this photo as a JPEG so this is not a PDF this is the first step and Im going to export it I am going to have an option of where I can export it from for the purpose of this video Im going to export it to my desktop all right now I can close out of photos an

To turn a photo into a PDF, open it with Preview. From the menu bar on top, click on File, and then Export. Click on the Format dropdown menu and select PDF from the list. Modify the file name in the window if needed, choose the destination to save the file, and click on Save.
Copy onto the Clipboard, the image that you want to paste on your PDF page. Go to Preview - File - New from Clipboard. This will basically create a new Preview document with your image in it.
Make sure the All button is selected in the Pages options. Note that you can double-check the orientation of each image by clicking the arrows below the print preview, and use the Orientation buttons to correct any if required. Select Save as PDF from the PDF dropdown menu in the lower left of the Print dialog.
Manipulating the Image Open the image in Preview. Hit Command + A on the keyboard. This shortcut will let you select the area from the image you want to attach to the PDF. Press Command + C to copy the selected part of the image. Hit Command + V to paste the picture you just copied.
You can quickly combine multiple files into a PDF right from your desktop or a Finder window. On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window. Select the files you want to combine into a PDF. Control-click the selected files, then choose Quick Actions Create PDF.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open a PDF or image. Choose File Save. To save a file using a different filename, press and hold the Option key, choose File Save As, then enter a name. Choose where you want to save the file, select a file format, then click Save.
