In the sidebar, control-click On My Mac and choose Export. In the Save As field, enter a name for the Excel file thats going to be exported. To export Mac contacts to Excel, click the Format dropdown list and choose Excel. Then click Save.
Export a vCard In Contacts on iCloud.com, click to select a contact in the contacts list. If you want to export multiple contacts, press and hold Command (on a Mac computer) or Control (on a Windows computer), then click each contact you want to export. Click. on the right, then choose Export vCard.
Export contacts Go to Google Contacts. Select one of the following: A single contact: Tick the box next to the contact name. Multiple contacts: Tick the boxes next to all of the contacts that you want to export.
Sync contacts and calendars onto your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Connect your device to your Mac. In the Finder on your Mac, select the device in the Finder sidebar. Click Info in the button bar. Do any of the following: When youre ready to sync, click Apply.
Sync Contacts from iPhone to Mac using iCloud Open Settings on your iPhone. Tap your name, then iCloud. Under Apps using iCloud, tap Show All, then toggle Contacts to ON. Here, you may be prompted to merge your existing contacts with those in iCloud. Tap Merge to continue.
Export all contacts In the Contacts app on your Mac, choose File Export Contacts Archive, choose a location, then click Save. The contacts are exported as an archive file (. abbu) only.
Select Apple ID. Go to iCloud Show More Apps, switch the Contacts toggle on, and then select Done. Your devices will now sync contacts between them. On some versions of macOS, you just need to tick the box next to Contacts on the Apple ID screen.
