Export contacts on iPhone Open the Contacts app on your iPhone. Tap Lists in the top-left. Touch and hold an existing list (or create a new list by tapping Add List). Tap Export, select the fields you want to include, then tap Done. Choose a method to send or save the exported contact cards, such as Messages or Mail.
Choose File Export To, then select an option. The contacts can be exported as an Excel, CSV, TSV, or Numbers 09 file.
Select Apple ID. Go to iCloud Show More Apps, switch the Contacts toggle on, and then select Done. Your devices will now sync contacts between them. On some versions of macOS, you just need to tick the box next to Contacts on the Apple ID screen.
Export a vCard In Contacts on iCloud.com, click to select a contact in the contacts list. If you want to export multiple contacts, press and hold Command (on a Mac computer) or Control (on a Windows computer), then click each contact you want to export. Click. on the right, then choose Export vCard.
Share a contact Tap a contact, tap Share Contact, then choose a method for sending the contact information. Sharing the contact sends all of the info from the contacts card.
Steps: How to export iPhone contacts to Excel or CSV Click Merge. Click Add Account. On the right, click iCloud. Select the Contacts checkbox. Click the Refresh button next to the Updated contacts detected message. Control-click (or right-click) iCloud and choose Export.
Export contacts Select one of the following: A single contact: Check the box next to the contact name. Multiple contacts: Check the boxes next to all the contacts you want to export. All contacts: Check the box next to any contact and in the top left, click Selection Actions.
Open the Numbers app on your Mac, then open a new or existing spreadsheet. Drag the selected contacts into the Numbers spreadsheet. Choose File Export To, then select an option. The contacts can be exported as an Excel, CSV, TSV, or Numbers 09 file.
