All Replies (6) This usually happens because you chose Firefox as the program to always use for a particular action, such as opening a certain type of file. Make sure that you havent disabled the builtin Firefox PDF Viewer and that the action for Portable Document Format (PDF) is set to Preview in Firefox.
Acrobat Create PDF extension is used to convert web pages to pdf. Enabling this extension adds the Acrobat PDF Creation toolbar and the right-click context menu to convert complete web pages, links to PDF.
In the Conversion Settings window, make sure to check Retain Page Layout. This ensures that the formatting of the PDF document will be preserved in the resulting Word document.
