Follow the steps to export PDF form data to Excel on Mac

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the DocHub website. Log in to your account to access your documents.

Heres how to convert PDF to Excel files using Excel: Open a new spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel. Navigate to the Data tab. Choose Data from Picture Pick your PDF file to convert it.
Import PDF data into Excel Open an Excel sheet. Data tab Get Data drop-down From File From PDF. Select your PDF file click Import. Youll now see a Navigator pane displaying the tables pages in your PDF along with a preview. Select a table click Load.
It is possible to import data from a PDF file into Excel using the built-in feature in Excel. You can do this by going to the Data tab in Excel, clicking on Get Data, then From File, then From PDF. This will allow you to select the PDF file you want to import data from.
Yass, there are few ways to extract those data from fillable PDF into an Excel format. Go to Data Get Data From File From PDF. Select the PDF file you want to import to your Excel file. The Import Data Window will appear.
If you have numerous PDF forms, go to the Prepare Form tab in docHub. Click on options and select Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet. Add all relevant files and click Export.
In Acrobat, open the completed form file. From the All tools menu, select Prepare a form and then from the left panel that opens, select Export data. In the Export Form Data As dialog box, select the format (FDF, XFDF, XML, or TXT) in which you want to save the form data.
In Microsoft Forms on the Responses tab, select Open in Excel. Your form responses will open in an Excel workbook. From Excel, you can export or save your form responses as a PDF file. Learn more about how to save or convert your Excel file to PDF.
How to Extract Fillable Fields from a PDF Select a filled-in document as a template. Define the fields with data youd like to extract. Name data fields to identify the extracted information. Upload resembling documents with similar data. Click the Start button.
