Follow the steps to download your edited PDF file.

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the DocHub website. Log in to your account to access your documents.

save: To save is to commit changes to a permanent state in a format that the application can natively utilize(keeps the file format). To export is to change the data format so that another application can utilize it. (changes the format for example from png to jpg).
Export as PDF means export current file as PDF but keep file as it is in . indd file format, for example. Print command is to print file as PDF using connected printer, for example, and to keep file as it is in editor from which you are printing.
To save changes to the current file, choose File Save. To save a copy of a PDF, choose File Save As.
Export PDF gives you image compression, the ability to include various metadata. Save As PDF gives you options to set keywords such as Title, Author, and lets you set Security options.
The short answer is that Export is usually to save in a different format, but if the desired format is available in both Export and Save there is no difference between them to most users.
How to save a PDF of a web page Open the print menu by pressing Ctrl+P. Under the Printer drop-down menu, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save as PDF. Click Print. When prompted, choose where you want to save the file.
Save to PDF sounds exactly the same as what it means: youre saving an open file as a PDF document. Typically, you would use this option when youre already working with a document inside a PDF editor. In some cases, it can also mean converting a document to the format, which makes it similar to export to PDF.
Export PDF On the upper-right corner of the Acrobat Reader window, click Sign In. In the Sign In dialog, sign in using your docHub ID and password. Select All Tools Export a PDF. By default, the currently opened file is selected for conversion. From the Export PDF To list, select the desired conversion format.
