To save changes to the current file, choose File Save. To save a copy of a PDF, choose File Save As.
To save a PDF, choose File Save or click the Save File icon in the Heads Up Display (HUD) toolbar at the bottom of the PDF. The Save As dialog box is displayed. Choose the location where you want to save the PDF and then click Save.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open a PDF or image. Choose File Save. To save a file using a different filename, press and hold the Option key, choose File Save As, then enter a name. Choose where you want to save the file, select a file format, then click Save.
How to convert a PDF to read-only on Mac and Windows. Right-click your PDF. Select Properties. Choose Read-only. Click OK.
Click the Save as button in the menu on the right or open the document in the editor, click the Done button or arrow on the right and select Save as. Preview the document, select the required pages, change settings before downloading. Click the Save as button to download the file to your computer.
