Open Firefox and click the Bookmarks button at the top of the navigation toolbar. Click the Import and Backup button in the Library window. Choose a save location on your computer for your bookmarks in the Export Bookmarks File window. Click the Save button and close the Library window.
Exporting bookmarks from Firefox Click Bookmarks and then click the Manage bookmarks bar at the bottom. Import and Backup and choose Export Bookmarks to HTML from the drop-down menu. In the Export Bookmarks File window that opens, choose a location to save the file, which is named bookmarks. html by default.

If you decide to use a different browser, you can take your Chrome bookmarks with you. On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, select More Bookmarks and lists. Bookmark Manager. At the top, select More. Export Bookmarks.
On your laptop or home machine, in Firefox, go to Bookmarks-Organize Bookmarks. Then click on the Import/Export Button (Mac), Import and Backup Button (Windows/Linux) and select Export HTML. Save the file. Transfer that file to your office computer via e-mail, ssh, usb key, etc.
Click on the row of bars on the upper right corner of the browser to bring up the menu. Now, you will see Firefoxs Options menu. Select: Settings. On the settings page, select Privacy Security on the left-hand sidebar.
