Amiga Disk File (ADF) is a file format used by Amiga computers and emulators to store images of floppy disks. It has been around almost as long as the Amiga itself, although it was not initially called by any particular name.
The emulator program opens the ADF file and plays the games contained in the file. Right-click on the ADF file to open the context menu. Click the Open With option in the context menu to show a list of available programs. Scroll to and click on the installed Amiga emulation application.
You can export a PDF or image to save it as a different type of file. In the Preview app on your Mac, open the file you want to export. Choose File Export, then select a file type from the Format pop-up menu.
If you cannot open your ADF file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click Open with and choose an application. You can also display a ADF file directly in the browser: Just drag the file onto this browser window and drop it.
ADF files are normally saved on a floppy disk. The ADF file contains an exact copy of a disk or partition, and the image may be mounted using an Amiga emulation application, such as Cloanto Amiga Forever or ADF Opus. The emulator program opens the ADF file and plays the games contained in the file.
Save a copy of a Pages document in another format. Open the document, then choose File Export To [ file format] (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Specify export settings: PDF: These files can be opened and sometimes edited with applications like Preview and docHub.
ADF files with a . adf extension are part of a coverage or grid. Like shapefiles, a coverage or a grid is made up of multiple files, and stored as a separate directory with associated tables and files that contain specific information. ADF files are supported and displayed in ArcMap.
On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file.
