Windows PC Open the document and attempt to print.(Click File and choose Print on the menu) When presented with your printer options, select docHub PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF. Click Print. This will prompt you to rename and save the file.
Export selections from a PDF to another format Right-click the selected text and choose Export Selection As. Select a format from the Save As Type list and select Save.
You can save a document as a PDF by clicking File | Print. An option for Print Preview will appear. Under Printer, change it from your computer printer, such as Epson, Canon or HP, to PDF. Click Print and it will save the file as a PDF on your computer.
In Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for versions 2010 and later, theres no need to enable a Save as PDF option. The functionality is built-in. You can simply use the Save As menu and select PDF from the Save as type dropdown to convert your documents to the PDF format.
To save a PDF, choose File Save or click the Save File icon in the Heads Up Display (HUD) toolbar at the bottom of the PDF.
