Export contacts Go to Google Contacts. Select one of the following: A single contact: Tick the box next to the contact name. Multiple contacts: Tick the boxes next to all of the contacts that you want to export.
From the QuickBooks File menu, select Utilities Export Lists to IIF Files. Select the list you want to export and click OK. Browse the location where you want to save your file and click Save.
Outlook 365 Open Outlook 365 and click the Applications icon. Click People. Click Manage Export contacts. Select All contacts or select a folder of specific contacts. Click Export.
You can export your contacts from Outlook.com or Outlook on the web and then import them into other email apps such as Gmail or Yahoo, or other versions of Outlook. At the top of the side panel, select to go to the People page. On the toolbar, select Manage contacts Export contacts.
How users download offline address books. In Outlook, click File Account Settings Download Address Book. On the Offline address book dialog box thats displayed, make the following selections: Download changes since last Send/Receive: By default, this check box is selected.
To export a .CSV file with the quickbooks payroll items list : Go to Reports (1), then Employee Payroll (2) and click on the Payroll Item Listing option. In the next screen press Export (1), select the file type .csv (2) and press Export (3) that will generate the file.

Select Browse and go to where you want to save your . Type in a file name and then select OK. Select Finish.
