Go to the Admin area. Click Field Management. Click Export Field Names to download the spreadsheet.
To extract fillable fields in a PDF, select a completed document as a template and click Extract in Bulk on the right pane. Define the fields with data you would like to extract. Click Add New Data Field in the upper right corner and draw a rectangle around the data youd like to extract.

Open the PDF document you want to copy text from. Click on the Edit button in the toolbar at the top of the page. Select the Copy Paste Text option from the dropdown menu.
Right-click the field and choose Duplicate from the shortcut menu. In the Duplicate Field dialog box, leave All selected if you want the field to show on each page, or click From and type the page range, such as pages 1 to 4. You dont have to worry about excluding the page where you added the original field. Click OK.
You can also copy a field by holding down the Ctrl key while dragging the field to its new location. If you are working in a fillable PDF template, remember that linked fields are associated with underlying fillable fields in the PDF.
In your master document, select the relevant fields (holding Control Key for multiple fields), right click, then edit, then copy. you can then paste in your destination PDF (as long as it is in Edit mode).
Export file data In Acrobat, open the completed form file. From the All tools menu, select Prepare a form and then from the left panel that opens, select Export data. In the Export Form Data As dialog box, select the format (FDF, XFDF, XML, or TXT) in which you want to save the form data.
