Save a copy of a Pages document in another format. Open the document, then choose File Export To [ file format] (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Specify export settings: PDF: These files can be opened and sometimes edited with applications like Preview and docHub.
By default, Photos Library is stored in the Pictures folder of your home folder. You can open your home folder by choosing Go Home from the Finder menu bar. Drag Photos Library to a location on your external storage device.
Export photos, videos, slideshows, and memories in Photos on Mac In the Photos app on your Mac, select the item you want to export. Choose File Export Export [number] Photos. Click the Photo Kind pop-up menu and choose the file type for the exported photos.
On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file.

Back up the library in Photos on Mac Use Time Machine: After you set up Time Machine, it automatically backs up the files on your Mac. Manually copy your library to an external storage device: Drag the Photos library (stored by default in the Pictures folder on your Mac) to your storage device to create a copy.
Move Photos Library to the storage device Quit Photos. In the Finder, open the folder that contains Photos Library. Drag Photos Library to a location on your external storage device. After the move is finished, double-click Photos Library in its new location to open it.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the file you want to export. Choose File Export, then select a file type from the Format pop-up menu.
