To rearrange names in a list, highlight the column and go to the Data Tab, then click on Text to Columns. This splits the names based on delimiters like commas. You can further split them by adding more delimiters, like spaces for Chinese names with three parts. After splitting, the names will be in separate columns which can be rearranged to your desired order.
