In this tutorial, we learn how to save Excel as a PDF without cutting off the data. Saving in PDF format is common for sharing information from Excel, but the spreadsheet layout may not always fit on a page. If the data on a worksheet cannot fit, it gets split onto separate pages when saved as a PDF. It's recommended to check the print preview before saving as a PDF to see how the data will appear. By going to file and selecting print, you can see a preview of how the data will be displayed on the page.
