I want to talk about both of them here because its easier to demonstrate one if you see how the other works. In fact, Im going to start with exporting. So even if what you want to do is import, its important that you see what Im doing with exporting so you can properly import contacts from another source. First let me point out that if you want to import or export using the standard vCard format then its really easy. You can select one contact or many. You go to File, Export, and Export vCard. To export your iPhone contacts to an Excel spreadsheet, you should first sync your contacts with iCloud. From there, you can then download your iCloud contacts and convert them to an Excel-friendly format. Your contacts will be exported and formatted in an alphabetical, organized manner.

To export contacts from iPhone: Turn on AirDrop on your devices. Go to the Contacts app and tap the contacts youd like to export. Tap Share Contact and choose AirDrop. Tap the name of the target device and click Accept on the target device to receive the item.
iCloud is a workable but not the only way to back up iPhone contacts. If you want to export iPhone contacts without iCloud, there are three proven ways for you, including using iPhone data transfer software, the Contacts app, and Gmail.
Connect your iPhone to your PC using your USB cable. Once it has been detected, click Continue. Choose where on your PC youd like to copy your iPhone contacts. Save as vCards, ready for an easy import to your address book or email program.
Easily sign a document on your iPhone Open Files. Tap the document you want to sign. Tap the icon across the bottom of your screen that looks like a pen tip in a circle. Tap Add Signature. Sign your name on this new screen with your finger then tap Done.
