Safari has a built-in PDF reader that automatically displays PDF documents right in the browser window. You dont have to download and a separate PDF reader app.
Safari has a built-in feature called Speak Screen that can read the contents of a webpage aloud to you. To use this feature: Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap on Accessibility.
In the Settings window, click the Websites tab and then click Reader in the left sidebar. You should see a list of currently open tabs, each of which will have a drop-down where you can select either Off or On.
