Select the user that you want to export data from, and then click the Select Action button. Select the View Backups button. Select the emails that you want to export, and then click the Select Action button. Select the Export button. Confirm the Export.

To export your activity data: Go to the Microsoft account Privacy page. Select Sign in with Microsoft. Sign in to your Microsoft account, then select the Download your data tab at the top of the page. Select Create new archive to export your data.
Heres how to export your project: Go to project.microsoft.com and open the project you want to export to Excel. In the top right corner, select the three dots (), then select Export to Excel. When you see the message All done!
In Microsoft Forms on the Responses tab, select Open in Excel. Your form responses will open in an Excel workbook. From Excel, you can export or save your form responses as a PDF file.
