hello Im Jessica an e-learning specialist and Im here to show you how to turn an excel file into a PDF now first of all why would you want to do this PDFs are relatively uneditable and a great way to share and should you be sharing this file with somebody who doesnt have Excel you can get a PDF reader for free and so most everybody has one so you can see here that I have created a file in Excel and at rate change it to a PDF its real simple all I do is go to file save as choose where Im going to save it and then this little save as type click on that and drop down until you find PDF and click save and as you see I already made one so Im gonna have to click over that and then if I open docHub Reader you will see here I have it as a PDF and there you have it youve created a PDF hope that helps thanks so much for watching
