Here are the steps to follow: Open your Excel workbook. Click on File in the top-left corner of the screen. Select Save As. Choose PDF (*. Click on the Options button. In the Publish Options section, select Minimum size (publishing online). Click on OK. Choose a location to save the PDF file.
Under Scaling, select the Fit to option. Add 1 to Pages in width and 1 to Tall. Now head to File Save As. Select PDF for your format and adjust the other settings to your preferences.
Click File Save as. In the Save As dialog window, select PDF (. *pdf) from the Save as type drop-down list. If you want to view the resulting PDF file after saving, make sure the Open file after publishing check box is selected.
If you dont have access to a PDF tool, you can download your workbook as a PDF directly from Excel. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document.
Change advanced settings in Excel. Once youre happy with the formatting, go to File, then select Save As and choose the PDF option. Alternatively, you can save as a PDF from the Print Preview menu. Another way to prevent issues is to make adjustments in the Page Layout tab.
