How to password-protect a PDF on an iPad. Use any browser to navigate to docHubs Password Protect PDF online tool. Click the blue button labeled Select a file, or drag and drop your PDF into the selection box. Type a strong and unique password. Retype the password to confirm it. Click Set Password.
