hey welcome back you may have a requirement to apply a microsoft 365 sensitivity label to a sharepoint document library so that all the files in that document library by default get that sensitivity label applied to them that way they get encrypted and they get the watermark and all the content marketing and all that stuff well how do you do that well i want to show you how to use microsoft cloud app security file policies and apply governance actions to apply a sensitivity label directly to that document library so lets jump in and take a look okay first things first within the microsoft cloud app security portal were going to click on settings scroll down to information protection find azure information protection and check the box here to automatically scan new files and then check the box to inspect protected files im not going to check this one now im probably going to use this integration for additional things in the future so thats why im configuring that now if i go over
