Hello everyone, in this lightning talk I will be discussing encryption export regulations for mobile developers. I am Julia, a security lead at Women Who Code Kyo and a security software engineer at Kozak Labs, specializing in mobile application security. I am not a lawyer, so this is not legal advice, but rather my understanding from internet resources and personal experience. When distributing our application, it is uploaded to the App Store or Google Play, stored on US servers, and then distributed to users worldwide. This distribution from US servers to other countries falls under export regulations.

Follow these steps to export your passwords from Brave: Launch Brave and open the Settings. Expand Additional settings and open Autofill. Select Passwords and open the More actions menu (the three dots icon) Enter your computer password to confirm. Save the . csv file to your device.
Possibility you could just go to your Extensions folder located within Brave and copy/paste it over to Extensions folder in other browser. But thats about it. Otherwise many types of browsers, especially if its chromium based, ask you if you want to move over data from your other browser when you first it.
In addition to Braves compatibility with third party extensions, the browser comes with several extensions already installed. To find these extensions: Open the Main Menu. Go to Settings -- Extensions.
Youll need to name it and choose a save location, such as on a flash drive. Then on the new PC/laptop, you would put in that flash drive, open Brave, go to Bookmarks like I said prior, and this time choose Import Bookmarks . Youll find the save file you had from when you did Export Bookmarks and it will load it over.
Access the Settings Panel: Click on the three vertical dots (or hamburger menu) on the top right corner. From the dropdown, select Settings. Navigate to Export Options: Within the settings, theres an option to import or export browsing data. Click on it.
How can I add extensions to Brave? Follow Browse the store and find your desired extension. Once found, click Add to Brave on top-right of the page. A notification will appear in the middle of your screen, detailing what data and permissions you are granting the extension access to by installing it.
