Today we will learn how to sign a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature using docHub. To do this, first download docHub for free from its original website. A digital ID is necessary to sign with a certificate-based digital signature, containing information like your name, email, organization, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign or add digital signatures to documents. To create or add a digital ID, go to the edit menu, select preferences, then signatures, and click on digital IDs. Add a new ID by providing your name, department, organization, and email address. If you already have a digital ID from your organization, you can add this file instead.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
