How to make a PDF on iPhone using Share Open any image or document on your iPhone running iOS 10 or higher. Click Share on the bottom of the page. Select Print by scrolling through the icons. You will see a preview of the document or image that has been converted into PDF.
For example, you can open an email to see a document, such as a travel itinerary, as a preview image of the file. Tap the preview to open the attachment full screen. Tap the Share icon to open the Share options panel and choose Save to Files as the sharing option. Check that On My iPhone is highlighted. Tap Save.
Heres how to make a PDF file within the Files app: Navigate to Files on your iPhone. Find the file that you want to save as a PDF and long-press on it. Tap Share. Scroll down and tap Print. Tap the share icon at the top of the screen. Tap Save to Files. Tap Save.
Save a copy of a Pages document in another format Open the document, then tap . Tap Export, then tap a format: Tap one of the options for sending, saving, or posting the document.
Open the document, then choose File Export To [ file format] (from the File menu at the top of your screen).
Touch and hold the file, then tap Share. Tip: To send a smaller version of the file, tap Compress before you tap Share. Then touch and hold the compressed version of the file (identified as a zip file), and tap Share. Choose an option for sending (for example, AirDrop, Messages, or Mail), then tap Send.
Open the Photos app, then select the photos and videos you want to export. , then tap Export Unmodified Original. Tap your storage device (below Locations), then tap Save.
