if your camera sound keyboard or mouse are not working on your chromebook you will want to do a hardware reset youre going to do this by making sure your chromebook is completely turned off and you have a black screen then youre going to locate the refresh arrow above the number 4 and press and hold that then tap the power button one time and keep holding that refresh arrow until the screen turns on when the screen turns on you may let go of the arrow and log into the chromebook and proceed with your activities as you normally would
