Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wont be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someones finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todays tutorial. Its kind of like an docHub PDF form, but its Microsofts version of it. Ive included sample files today if you want to follow along, otherwise lets jump on the PC and lets get started. You can export and download your data from Google Calendar. You can download data that hasnt been deleted. You can create an archive to keep for your records, or use the data in another service. Learn how to download your data.
To export your calendar, open Outlook and then click File Open Export. Choose the Import/Export option. In the Import and Export Wizard that opens, select Export to a file and then click Next. Select Comma Separated Values and click Next.
Outlooks built-in features allow you to export your entire Outlook calendar as a CSV file, which you can then export to Excel with all columns pre-populated. This is a quick and easy way to export your calendar, but its only available with the Microsoft 365 version of Outlook.
On the Quick Launch, click Projects. Click the name of the project you are exporting in the list in the Project Center. On the Options tab, in the Share group, click Export to Excel.

Use the default name or type a name for the iCalendar file in the File name box. Youll see a summary showing the calendar name, date range, and detail level next to More Options.
