To do this, go to system preferences and passwords. This feature works on newer versions of Mac OS like Monterey. You can access passwords through Safari as well. Newer versions also allow you to Import and Export passwords in CSV format, which can be opened in Numbers or Excel.

Export or archive contacts in Contacts on Mac In the Contacts app on your Mac, select one or more contacts. Choose File Export Export vCard, choose a location, then click Save. The contacts are exported as a vCard file (. vcf) only.
