Hi, this is Anne with Graphic Design How To, and today Im going to show you how to set up a fictitious virtual printer that will print PDFs if you dont already have a printer connected to your Mac. If you do have a printer already connected, like an HP Inkjet or something like that, you can already print a PDF, and Ill show you how to do that right now. If youre in an docHub program, youll just go to Print (Command + P or Control + P), and then you can come right down here to Setup, say Continue, and then go to PDF right here and Save As PDF. Now, if for some reason thats not working for you, you will have to set up a virtual printer. If youre in the docHub programs, you can usually just go to File Save As and then choose docHub PDF right here, and itll make a PDF fine. So this is really more for non-docHub programs, or sometimes you might need this feature in Photoshop, like if youre wanting to add crops and bleeds to your document. Anyway,

On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF you want to change. Do any of the following: Quickly highlight, underline, or strike through text: Select text, click the down arrow next to the Highlight button , then choose a highlight color, underline, or strikethrough.
Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then do one of the following: Choose Tools Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, and choose Redact in the floating context-menu.
Use the following steps to draw a line in your PDF using docHub. In Acrobat, Click the Tools tab, then click Comment. Click the Drawing Tools and select Line. From here, you can go to your document and draw a line. To make your line straight, press the Shift key and draw your line.
How to Draw a Straight Line in docHub Start by opening your PDF in Acrobat. Go to File and click Open. Access the commenting tools by selecting Comment on the right-hand bar. Draw a line on your document. To change the color, thickness, and opacity, use the icon with four lines in the Comment toolbar.
Step 2. Add a Cross Mark in the PDF. Click Form at the topmost toolbar Click the cross mark X Place the cross mark on the file. Right-click the cross mark Choose Duplicate if you need to add more marks.
Or choose the text at first - click Tools on the toolbar - hit Strikethrough; 3. Or press shortcut Ctrl + Alt + S - then select the text you want to delete.
Select Tools, then Comment. This will bring up the Comment Toolbar. Choose the tool. The T with a line through it indicates the Strikethrough Text tool.
