hi everyone this is andy with blogger.com in this video im going to show you how to create a template in docHub lets start all right i already have my panadoc account open and im going to show you two ways to create a template the first one were going to create a template based on a document that we already have and the second way is creating a template from scratch so for the first way lets go to our documents and then lets find the document that we want to use as a template im just going to search for it and the document is this one up here the first one so im going to click on it to open it so this is the document that i already sent to a customer and i realized that i sent a similar document to other customers as well so if i make it as a template then i dont have to type everything over and over again to make this document as a template im going to click here on the right where it says more and then im going to click on convert to template and as you can see up here

Open the document youd like to transfer data from, click the ellipses in the top right choose Transfer data to; Choose a template that youd like to create a new document from (please see the requirements below to make sure the data will be transferred);
How to convert a document into a template. Open the document. In the top right, click the ellipses Convert to Template.
Now that you have set up your template you can generate a document.You can start a document from: The template by clicking Use this template in the top right. From the document list by clicking Create choosing the template from the list. From the template list by hovering over the template clicking Create document.
Create a Document Template Open or create the document that you want to use as the template, then click the File tab. Click Save As. Select a location. Name the file and click the Save As Type list arrow. Select Word Template from the list. Click Save.
To copy, move, rename or delete a single document/template, hover over the document on the far right, click on the vertical ellipses and choose an action from the dropdown.
Open your Catalog and choose Export. Go to your email inbox, and open the docHub email to download your CSV file.
To export products, go to your Catalog, click on three vertical ellipses in the top right and select Export.

Open your docHub document or upload a new form. Select the Settings menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the screen and click on Print. It may take a few moments to generate a preview. Follow the on-screen prompts to print your form.
