Export a collection To export an entire collection, select Sharing and more. and then select Send to Excel or Send to Word. To export one or multiple items within a collection, select the check box at the upper-right corner of the item. Next, select Share. and then select Send to Excel or Send to Word.
Navigate to edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose and check if turn on the option Browsing history. If you didnt enable this option, you should be able to find them in your browsing history and restore them. Just use the shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+T.

Right-click a tab and choose Add tab to a group and give a name to create a tab group.
Collections allow you to save a group of pages in Edge. The collection remains saved, even if you close the tabs. From the Collections menu, you can open any previously closed collection. Tabs groups allow you to organize tabs in one group, which can be named.
Select Favorites and then Manage Favorites. This will open a new tab. All of your bookmarks will be visible there. Second, click the three-dot menu icon again. This time, select Export Favorites. Pick a location on your computer for the exported file.
