Open the Numbers app on your Mac, then open a new or existing spreadsheet. Drag the selected contacts into the Numbers spreadsheet. Choose File Export To, then select an option. The contacts can be exported as an Excel, CSV, TSV, or Numbers 09 file.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the file you want to export. Choose File Export, then select a file type from the Format pop-up menu.
Save a copy of a Numbers spreadsheet in another format Open the spreadsheet, then tap the spreadsheet name. Tap Export, then tap a format: PDF: These files can be opened and sometimes edited with applications like Preview and docHub.
Within Numbers, select File from the Menu Bar. Select Export To and then select Excel from the menu. On the Export Your Spreadsheet screen, select to save Excel Worksheets either as One per sheet or One per table.
On the OS X version of Numbers, open the file you want to use later in Excel. Go to the File menu, choose Export To and select Excel from the submenu. In the Export Your Spreadsheet box, click the arrow next to Advanced Options and use the drop-down menu to select the newer Excel format (.
Do one of the following: With the spreadsheet open: Click the More button in the toolbar, choose Download a Copy, then select a format. In the spreadsheet manager: Select the spreadsheet, click the More button that appears, then choose Download a Copy.
Save a copy of a Numbers spreadsheet in another format. Open the spreadsheet, then choose File Export To [ file format] from the File menu at the top of your screen. Specify export settings: PDF: You can open and sometimes edit these files with applications like Preview and docHub.
Step 1: Open your workbook in Numbers and select File from the menu bar. Step 2: Select Export to and choose Excel in the pop-out menu. Step 3: When the Export Your Spreadsheet window opens, confirm that youre on the Excel tab.
