Is it the classic outlook version or the New Outlook for Windows. If you are using the classic outlook on windows desktop, you can export the contacts to a CSV/Excel file using the following steps. Select File. Select Open Export Import/Export.
Export contacts Go to Google Contacts. Select one of the following: A single contact: Tick the box next to the contact name. Multiple contacts: Tick the boxes next to all of the contacts that you want to export.
Access the Import/Export wizard using File Open Export Import/Export. Select Export to a file, choose Comma Separated Values, and then select the GAL folder. Determine the destination for the file, name your file, and click Finish to complete the export.
How do I export content from an Outlook.com group? Sign into Outlook.com. Select the People icon on the left-hand navigation pane. Under Groups, select Member to show groups youre a member of. Select the group you want to export, and on the right side of the ribbon select Export Group Mailbox.
How to export Global Address List (GAL) from Outlook Open your Outlook Address Book. In the Address Book dialog box, select the Global Address List or another Exchange-based address list. Select the contacts you wish to export: Right click your selection and pick Add to Contacts from the context menu.
Print some or all contacts in your address book Click People or the People icon at the bottom of your Outlook window. In the folder pane, under My Contacts, click the contacts folder that contains the contact that you want to print. Click File Print. A preview of the printed contacts will show on the right.
